This week has been a GREAT week… I am eating way more raw veggies than anything. PLUS the juicing has been really FUN. I am trying a new thing – Farm2U – and it is organic fruits and veggies for juicing FRESH from a local farm =) So far it is GREAT!
I tried a new app for my running… RunKeeper – and I LOVE it! It keeps track of my route AND tells me when to run and walk! I set a new one for me – to PUSH me a bit… I tried it out on Thursday. I planned to run 1 minute then walk 1.5 minutes knowing I was going uphill… then when I thought I was going to be going downhill I set it for 1.5 min to run then 30 seconds to walk… I was WRONG in my calculations tho =) PLUS at one point it said to walk a mile instead of a minute… and I was PRAISING JESUS for this one! I was headed uphill once again! I did ALMOST 5.5 miles! I planned to do 4 – so now I know I can go at least that far! I am really SLOW at this point… BUT I can do it!!
I can see progress to… I have lost 8 lbs since a week ago Sunday =) I am NOT getting on the scale a lot… BUT I do feel my clothes getting a bit looser =)
This week there were a few sad moments and I did NOT grab the ice cream! =) V I C T O R Y – WOOHOO!! HAHA!! We don’t have ice cream anymore… BUT I did NOT even want it!
Here is a GREAT verse… I AM relying on GOD to help me thru this =)
